Public engagement
The Steering Committee deeply values the community´s interest in this project, and recognizes that pubic engagement is a vitally important part of this process. There are a number of ways you can stay informed throughout the effort:
• Regular meetings of the Steering Committee are open to the public. Meeting dates, times and locations will be posted here as they are scheduled throughout the project.
• This website will be regularly updated with information, press releases, reference documents and reports throughout the project. You can sign up for email alerts by clicking here.
• The Steering Committee will be scheduling public meetings/hearings at specific points in the project to present information to the community and obtain comment/feedback.
• In addition, anyone can submit suggestions, feedback or questions at any time by clicking here or by sending correspondence directly to the Steering Committee´s consultant at the following address:
